I'm leveling 2 alts from the ground up right now for both female Viera and male Hrothgar as I want them both!I will admit that I was bitter for quite some time about not being able to play as a male Viera, but in the end, I realized I'm just happy to be able to be a Viera, to begin with.
I've always played as a male character (male gaymer here) but I've decided to take the plunge and transform into a stunning bodacious bunny come June 28th.
Anyone else who has played primarily as male going to switch to female for Viera?![]()
Hey fellow gaymer! I won't really be switching to female Viera since I prefer looking at male characters while I play, but I will surely make a retainer or 2 of them. Here wishing male Viera become a thing probably around 6.0
too tall xD.
If I can make a effeminate male then I might role as a viera for a few patches. But I have a feeling that all viera faces will be just too pretty for me. I've never really like having a female char for some odd reason.I will admit that I was bitter for quite some time about not being able to play as a male Viera, but in the end, I realized I'm just happy to be able to be a Viera, to begin with.

For male viera, yes. Female... nah. I do really like hrothgar, but not enough to switch from my sweet potato. I'll just make an alt and mess around with 'em.
Family Medicine doctor.
Constantly learning.

I can't speak for anyone else, but when I try a Male one (rl Female) they just move wrong. It's not an issue when you are playing the only character available, but if there's a choice I just can't take it. Maybe when there's a choice of gender movement is exaggerated as part of the choice. This mentality has always puzzled me. As a Male that's always played female avatars in games the only reason I could see being bothered by playing the opposite gender is if you're the type of person that self-inserts themselves into their character. Outside of that it's just aesthetic. I'm not in any way trying to come off as rude, just trying to understand where this mentality comes from. I'll def be switching to female viera.
Or maybe I'm nuts.

Yeah that's how exactly how I feel about Male characters in addition to most of the glam for female being more plentiful and better designed. Maybe we're both nuts lol.I can't speak for anyone else, but when I try a Male one (rl Female) they just move wrong. It's funny, I used to play female to stop getting hit on by fem characters. Now I just play girls because I've gotten really comfortable doing so. Only time you'll see me be male is if I can play as either a Norse or a Dwarf.
So no from me. Indeed, I'll probably keep my fem Roe instead of switching to Viera.
Im not switching my main, but I am making an alt, I've never leveled paladin and I think the armour might look really cool on a Viera

I'm going to but it was more because my male midlander alt still had a fantasia more than anything else, and since I was saving it for a buff lioness but that isnt coming out anytime soon I'm going to make a cute bunny just for kicks.
