This is a prime example of the phrase "Live and let live." This entire thing could have been avoided of you had just said "Oops, having technical difficulties with my controller" or you could have just not said anything, I personally would have done the latter.

I'm late to this but I'mma just say had you mentioned you had a fault with your controller I'm 100% pos. that everyone in the group would've been understanding. Controllers die, muck up all the time. All you had to do was take a deep breathe and say, " my bad. My controler fucked up." And BOOM instant forgiveness. You can not blame the healers when they can't read minds and don't know you had controller issues. So when you barked at them OFCOURSE they get defensive. What did you expect them to do? This is on you sadly, cause you withheld info that could've helped you. Next time if it happens be humble and explain the issue. I promise you people will understand.

Honestly this seems like both sides fed escalation in a situation where it didn't have to go that way. Imo OP it would have been good for you to own your part in the mess up by just saying your controller bugged out. The WHM didn't sound bad from what you described, for the scholar I think it should have been as simple as "sorry, didn't see".

Situations like this don't have to blow up into a big deal. Stuff happens and the principle "it takes two to argue" seems fair. If the other person won't make the choice to bring things down a peg you still have that option. I hope this can help going forward. No judgment from me because I think we've all been there.

With the new TOS they could actually have you banned for telling someone how to play their job also as a comment on the situation just because somebody else made a mistake doesn't justify yours and you should have just left it after you got the res.

It's possible that we didn't get the full story, but based on what we have it looks like a disagreement between players that got slightly out of hand. The other person was being a jerk to begin with though by the sound of it. If you were both reacting to it then it could possibly be argued that you harassed each other. I would just shrug it off and move on. That healer wasn't worth your time. Don't waste more on them by filing a report that will probably amount to nothing.

Sounds like you got needlessly hostile when you could've just told the truth and said that your camera was acting up and apologized.

Just like how to you it should've been easy for them to esuna, to them, it should've been easy for you to not get hit by the aoe.

Don't know if it's reportable that they kicked you, but you should probably take a look at your own behavior here, too.
