    It is 90% modded/edit with the NPC because there are alot of outfit that u cant get plus i dont thing that u can make one handed highlander

    I don't believe it is 'modded', I think its a tiers program that allows you to do emotes with whatever game NPC you want. I can't give a source but I know something like this does exist.

    That being said, I saw that video yesterday and I wanted to share it too! Its lovely and full of positivity! I enjoyed Stormblood very much, and seeing all those NPC dancing and smiling really was fun!
