Why should they nerf any of the prices though? Countless people got the achievements/items they wanted in the last couple years that the event has been out. If they cater to people who are late to the party, which there always be people who are late, then people will expect that with every event.

If they cater to the latecomers, I will be rather miffed with the decision to say the least.

I hope for the opposite... after 5.0 launches... increase the costs. So let's say it costs 1'000 wolf marks for a piece now, make it cost 10'000. And I speak as someone who doesn't have a single piece, so would definitely lose out. Will send a clear message too that the latecomers won't get what they want.

I have been playing PvP since I found out they were going away, and I am 5 wins off of the last mount ("Furious Fatalities" 55/60). I have hit 20k Wolf Marks twice since I started. There is definitely enough time right now to get everything.

That is stupid as hell. With the new expansion there will be an influx of new/returning players who will just find out, or start finishing it up then and there. Last chance, just make it known.
