If all of your "repeated requests" (and your "formal report") start with accusing the devs of being incompetent and lazy, then I wouldn't expect to get any reply about it.

A quick look at your post history shows me that the last post you made about it here was replied to by a GM, telling you the correct subforum to direct your issue to, and to follow the standard template for technical support requests.

You only made that post two days ago, and it's the weekend. And you haven't yet given them the technical information they asked for so they could solve your issue.

I don't think you get to question their competence over that.
