    I've always hated Foul simply because of it's name. Powerful spell tho.

    I also wish Thunder and Foul were oGCD abilities. Even if they had CDs to make them not OP. I feel like I'm loosing out on Fire 4 casts to do Thunder procs and Foul procs.

    If you're using a proper BLM rotation, you should not be losing a Fire 4 cast for either of those procs.
