This wasn't some random thing that'd happen every now and then.
It was a story event that was RNG, had no real bearing on the story other than instilling the fear of Darnus before he brought Dalamud down, and only ever happened once. Once it happend you'd get a log in your lodestone profile and you'd never see it again.


I do however miss waking up to a boiled egg or a cookie.
