A/S rank Hunts need a level sync like fates

My concern is when people get level 80 and geared up they will be able to 1-shot old ARR hunts. Some Red Mage could just be the first and only person to hit the hunt even if there are 50 people standing there waiting.

Why is this a concern? There are 17 ARR S ranks, 6 HW S ranks and 6 SB S ranks. If they have even 5 zones in ShB, that'll be 34 S ranks. Now multiply that by 8 to account for all servers. There were 17 S ranks max in ARR. Why do players need to be able to get credit for all 270+ S ranks once ShB releases?
