No. Those are different services.

That is actually partially incorrect as you log-in to the forums with your SE/FFXIV account. So if that account is banned so is your access to the forum on that corresponding account. You will still be able to access it with a different account though.

From what i've been told, it is separate and you can be ban from one while still being able to do the other. Depending on the ban I guess. If your account is delete altogether yes won't be able to do much.

Nope.

Forums and the game are two separate entities. You can be banned from one without the other.

If you are banned from the Forums, you can still play the game.

If you are banned from the game, you can no longer access the Forums, as it requires a currently subscribed account to utilize. Your account is no longer subscribed if SE bans it. You’ll probably have the 14-day grace period that people who unsubscribe have, but if the ban is permanent, you won’t be able to access the Forums after those 14 days are up.

Forum and ingame bans are different. You can still play the game while you are banned here and you can most certainly write here if you are banned ingame.
