Was there any playable demo content for Stormblood prior to the media tour?

Friend and I are having an argument. He claims that there was playable demo content at one of the Stormblood fanfests. But I swear I remember the only playable content being from the media tour.

If I remember right at some point prior to SB (not sure if it was Fanfest) people were able to play the Shisui dungeon (the 63 one). That didn't happen until after (or during the same Fanfest if it was) new actions for all jobs were shown though.

It was during the media tour. Youtubers had videos of job abilities and artifact armor, Shisui dungeon, Kugane, and I saw some Samurai combat at the Zigguart in The Peaks.
