We get a new dps class cuz dps sells, and yoshi admitted that healers are screwed up and too hard to play for most casual players anyway, Tanks are more needed due to few playing them because if anything goes wrong, "its the tanks fault", thus very few willing to put up with it.

And seeing the colossal epic fails done by healers and healer bots alike in rival wings lately....lol...yea...only 1 in 50 have the nessecary healer skills called positional and situational awareness. Likely due to healing being too hard for them.

    Try again.

Dude the only thing you put up here is your hatred for healers. If you think they are all bad, play one yourself and show people how its done. Healers are not too hard to play also not for casuals, yes healers are not balanced properly but that doesn't mean they are to hard or "screwed up". If just 1 in 50 have the necessary skill to play healer than its probably 1 out of 100 dps that have the necessary skill and yeah tanks are probably also around 1 out of 50.

Nice things you try to pull out of your head but you didn't show ANY evidence that confirms your fairytale but you've tried.

Actually, if something goes wrong, people will look at the healers first, regardless of whether it was their fault.

Tanks are second in line for mistakes.

90% of the playerbase lacks positional and situational awareness. This is not an issue that solely lies with healers.

    Anyway...

I like lalafell; they add an element of silliness in the MSQ, even when it gets serious.

As someone who gets bored doing the same thing over and over (especially when its very simple, like ex primal farm runs), the ability to change jobs on the fly is really nice. The fact the jobs themselves are fairly easy to learn is really nice too.

The 8-player raid content is excellent. I took a break for Alphascape, but I'm really looking forward to Eden Savage raids. I might try Ultimate in ShB depending on time I have; I really enjoyed my old static's "prog" of UCOB, even if it took a whole raid day to see Nael lol

I love how even though I am playing support jobs, I can still put out massive amounts of damage. it definitely makes healing and tanking a lot more interesting.

The music is really good, but like I mentioned before, I need variety or I'll lose interest. So after about 2-3 weeks of new stuff, the BGM goes off, sorry :P

I've developed my own personal view on the roles lol:

    DPS - Artillery

    Healers - Support

    Tank - Team Leader

The tank is basically the team leader, it's his first job to make sure people are ready and coordinated. I have just started to play a tank, to find out why they don't seem to be able hold aggro and why the role seems to make players under appreciate their healers. So far, it's not too bad. It's actually easier then DPS! You aggro, attack, then aggro again before the time runs out on the pulling power. I have not found a purpose as of yet to run away from my healer or pull the whole map, we still clear them in good time...the tank really does set the tone for the group. Once I finish the practice queues I will have a better understanding for them, and perhaps become good enough to lead the difficult ones later on. But this has also given me an opportunity to make a Link homage from an idea I found on the cosplay thread. ^^
