BRD = I like the outfit, but the bow needs to go byebye. Would have been more appropriate just being a harp, horn or flute.

Erm, no. We don't want to play bard. You'll find there's a big shortage of bards after the patch as DD players switch to real DD classes while mage/support players start levelling up their archers to play bard.

I'm glad you reminded me, I was about to double slot my ARC gear over the weekend. That would be a huge waste of materia now thinking about it.

My favourites have to be the BRD and MNK outfits... Bard one is amazingly random and the monk one looks really elegant.

Slightly disappointed with WHM - it's too plain for my tastes, and BLM is too over the top. And WAR looks a bit odd... but different strokes for different folks good job on these outfits.

I like all the Artifact Armors, the Dragoon just look so epic of all of them. It seam like the developer really like Dragoon and it show here. However, I see Archer get no love at all. First the Moogle weapon they get is silly among all of the rest. And now, that Armor I don't know but look very gay and not very Epic in my opinion.

I like them, Bard looks pretty and i really like the Monk and Paladin all in all a good job ^O^

As a former FFXI WHM, I'm actually glad that they didn't go with a hood.

If they had, to balance it with the other jobs (so they're all collecting the same number of pieces), they still would have had to make it separate piece. Thus...

The 'condom hat' jokes ensue, once more. I don't know about any of you other WHMs out there, but this got old for me very fast.

The route they went now, we get a circlet (which to me is something sacred and beautiful). And in the future, we may get the option to raise the hood on the chestpiece (have to say, that's something very innovative--can't wait). So it will look like the real traditional WHM hooded robe. If we want. If not, put it down and show off the circlet.

Oh, and I'm glad there's more white on the White Mage robes than red this time. Before, it bordered on a clown suit. And we now get robes instead of a pantsuit.

It's very very beautifully done. Thumbs up, dev team.

Bard is, after all, the epitome of Masculine.

You don't sound like the target audience. It reminds me of the hot pink COR AF. Slightly overdesigned perhaps but does the Job.

I just feel the Archer Artifact is quite plain, I can get something in the Market Ward something similar to that already.

As for the Monk Artifact, it look different from the rest to make it unique. I would expect it look great on female. If it look like that on male I wouldn't feel comfortable staring at man leg sticking out from a dress. It just way too feminine.

For female characters, its probably modeled more after those Chinese dresses (Cheongsam) except modified for battle.



As far as other Asian themed items, there are the kabuto helmets I guess...

Oh! Now I know why that Monk seems familiar.
