I'd rather not see Viera men become a lazy copy and paste of Miqo'te. If the only real difference were to be the ears, they might as well not be added at all so that the development time and precious resources can instead be spent adding to the customisation options of the existing playable races.

The 1st one gets me atm it feels like a childish thing to say because i read that as "If they don't look close enough to how i want them i'd rather it never be made" or "Its my way or no way". Do i want male Viera to look a certain way of course will i go that was a waste because they aren't nope why because i understand people will like them that way and i would move on to what i would like after.

Now with regards to what actually was said expect them to be very close to females with the face structure i do not see SE doing 4 unique head structures between Viera and Hrothgar i expect 2, 1 or Viera 1 for Hrothgar. So Viera males will have the same base but toned to look more masculine they will most likely have the same ear types as females so sorry to say Theodric i firmly believe male Viera will be the same to female Viera as male Miqo'te are to female Miqo'te. The reason for why i think this is every other gender/race has the same basic types with a few differences both genders of au ra have same horn and tail structures, miqo'te tails are the same for males/females etc so the floopsy ears on the female Viera will also be given to males and wolf like heads for Hrothgar would also be given to the females, SE has been consistent with this type of customization i highly doubt they would change it if they decide to add the genders.

Everyone who cares at all about their character's appearance wants more customization for their characters new races are another form of this to say that this would be wasted resources if not to your standards is just urgh to me.

I'm sorry this is so ranty but i do want to say being selfish isn't bad it shows you have a desire for something that can be turned into passion but sometimes you need to stop and go am i being too selfish, and this is what i ultimately took from the 1st post your desire for yourself is too high that your willing to criticize someone's job for not adhering to you when there are thousands of people they are all trying to listen to, and that is why I see it as childish.
