Even if it would pay for itself in the long run, there are so many other issues that need to be addressed in game like: meaningful open world content, revamp pvp, and so much more, why would SE spin it's wheels just to appease a bunch of people acting like children throwing temper tantrums with mob mentality....

In this case they shouldnt of implement any race now and in future, just in hope we get more "meaningful content". Beside Eureka, 2 Ultimate battles, limited minigame Job BLU and various QoL updates happened while they created male Hrothgar and female Viera, and in fact there is a portion of players who enjoyed each of that content. Lets not act like resources will disappear into the nirvana when creating the opposite genders.

Well Yoshi did mention that this would be the last race implemented in the game. (probably so they can work on new and old content that needs balancing and polish. Lets not act like resources are infinite...

Well tbh, didn't he say that about the Au-Ra? And didn't he also say that Rouge/NIN was going to be the first AND last class to be added through patches...just to then release BLU through patches? Things change is all this is pointing out to me lol.

He didn't say Au Ra would be the last race. If he did, I need proof.
Because I do remember him saying, they're gonna take the feedback they get on au ra for the next race, implying their will be more; I remember him saying that somewhere.

BLU hardly counts as they didn't need to worry about balancing it with the other jobs since its was made to be a limited job.
