If you want to go through the dungeon at your own pace, go right ahead. There shouldn't be a time limit.
However, the game should be rewarding skillful play (or something vaguely similar to it), instead of just clearing a room, wiping, and walking back repeatedly.

Players wouldnt be "Under performing" if they clear the dungeon, because clearing it, is WIN. To me Under performing is running through all the content just to kill the boss.

Yes, This will be awesome since players can go in with their companions in the future, and enjoy the content.

Time limits should continue to be one of two options we can select when entering any dungeon - the other option being no time limits.

That way hardcore players have a way to challenge themselves and compete with one another in the dungeons and casual players have a way to unwind and relax while having a good time with one another in dungeons.
I think if there was no time limit, there should be Dungeon clear time hall of fame that can be viewed before entering a dungeon which shows the parties that beat the dungeon the fastest. i think this would be fair.
