I don’t really see the point in AST having this. Are you saying it will have a healing drop off of 10%? As in, first person is -0%, second person -10%, third -20%, etc.? Is that what you’re trying to say? If so, what would even be the point of the heal if the eighth person who gets hit by the heal only gets 30% of the original potency?

Earthly Star already performs the healing action you’re requesting here without dropoff. Giant Dominance is a 750 potency heal for everyone standing inside the star. Plus it deals damage to the boss/mobs.

it stops at - 40% doesn't go past that

main thing about this heal is that you like balience card on said target this heal spreads it without the rng
