Since everything here is typed out I'd imagine none of it.

Considering how abysmal the selected live letter questions are, and how out of touch the devs seem to be, even with their own design philosophies... they probably couldn't care less what is said on these forums. It's all smoke and mirrors. Also, most people who aren't yes-men have banned from here anyway. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Q20: Will we ever be able to send tells from within an instanced area?
A20: While the feature can be implemented, it’s currently masked. It’s currently masked because we would like to prevent players from harassing each other just because they know they would never party together in the future. We will continue to monitor the situation carefully as we move forward.
Though I would be glad Yoshi-P (or any dev) read my posts and requests just like any other player (chocoboorchestrionglasseswithhatsnaelfordissidia xD), I don't think they can read all of each post from each forum. Because it's impossible. Maybe for important issues like bugs and that kind of things yes, but for requests... it's just a lot.
Besides, while they give us a lot of their best and hard work, many other players around here just throw bad things to them. I'm not sursprised they don't appear so often. I wouldn't as well tbh.
Sorry if my english is bad... NAEL VAN DARNUS FOR DISSIDIA!!

One thing to remember is that Foxclan, who is the community team lead speaks fluent English, so if he needed to he could read from the English forums himself. Not saying his English is "great" but he is fluent.
I like helping people with their Job ideas, it's fun to help them visuallize and create the job they'd like to play most. Plus I make my own too, I'll post them eventually.
what do you think his work-day looks like?
no plans today, so i'll sit on forum and talk to people all day?
people have such unrealistic expectations...
there's things they can talk about, and things they can't, cause spoilers, etc. So you can't have mods (who don't know anything) sit and answer our questions - even Yoshi himself isn't allowed to talk about certain things, cause their PR team would go nuts; he got into trouble on multiple occasions, when he said too much.
It's not because there is still demand that they'll magically do it after saying multiple time that they can't. It really seems that you think that because people keep asking for it, it'll happen eventually, even after they already said no. It doesn't really work like that.
Why? Almost everytime there is an interview -especially with influencers and content makers-, we know they are taking feedback seriously. Some official forum posts also openly ask for feedback (recent example being for the GM policy changes). And on some occasions, we'll have an official answer from Yoshida himself or his team. You are saying that you don't want an answer on every little thing... yet it feel like that's pretty much what you're asking for, considering that they do already answer.
What I mean it that it's not because they don't communicate a lot through the forums (again, this is not a Q&A platform) that they don't communicate at all. They do. Most than a lot of other game devs from big companies. Interviews, Liveletters, Q&A sessions, CM streams... Most of that is communication to us, the players. And they often answer our feedback if given enough time. For example: people have been asking for an answer regarding Blue Mage. We now know why we didn't got one. And that answer didn't came through the forums, but it came anyway.
Whatever the case, if you want them to be even more communicative regarding the feedback we provide, then we should start by providing it properly. Unfortunatly, the forums are currently a complete mess.
So, let's begin by questioning the way we ask, before we criticize the way they answer.
I mean, have you seen the forums lately? If I was them I'd avoid them like the plague. Also they aren't even close to being "out of touch" with the players. Go take a look at blizzard of you want to see what being out of touch with your player base really looks like.Considering how abysmal the selected live letter questions are, and how out of touch the devs seem to be, even with their own design philosophies... they probably couldn't care less what is said on these forums. It's all smoke and mirrors. Also, most people who aren't yes-men have banned from here anyway. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
