Because role-playing as a male viera who broke tradition and left behind his mentor and duty out of a sense of wonder for what lies outside of the wood is a compelling character niche.
At least that's what I assume for some.
This is actually one of the strongest arguments I have read in support of male Viera. It's these kind of expressions that will catch the attention of the devs. Bravo sir, and touché.
