^ I just remembered something important. Sometimes you just don't want everyone to visit your house. Perhaps just your friends or all of your FC mates but not random people and especially not people whom you have blacklisted. This is something that hasn't been implemented yet and I feel like it's overdue. They may not put too much more effort in the housing system but I would at least love to throw in simple changes that would make the world the difference in owning a house.

So something like:

[ Permission ]
[X] Permit Friends to visit house
[X] Permit Free Company Members to visit house
[ ] Permit strangers to visit house
[ ] Those permitted may use food
[X] Those permitted may interact with NPC
[X] Those permitted may interact with Objects
