FFXIV - FFXV Crossover Items cost MGP?

Didn't realize discussion of data-mining was a no-no here. Having come over from ESO, they freely post data-mined information on their forums all the time.

Well then, it's a good thing I've been accumulating the Squadron +15% MGP rewards, guess I have a use for them now.

Square has a harsher stance on it than other devs for spoiler reasons, mostly. You can still easily find the information on the subreddit/4chan /vg/ thread/Discord servers, it's just that discussing it here is kind of taboo.

I don't think it will be since this event is meant to draw FFXV fans into FFXIV, and making them have to spend months worth of MGP on one item would be a bit much. Though they might mitigate that by providing a double MGP event at the same time.

i can see some OR and the card maybe hairstyle being mgp but i'd imagine it will be a fate/instance token exchange for the car/outfit/maybe some OR

200k mgp mount going off what the reddit page says. Very easy to make that in the 2 weeks before the event starts just on 80+ fashion score, GS challenge log etc.

Have to admit that's an impressive set of rewards. Got to give credit where it's due, Enix are doing a good job on this one. Looking forward to it.
