Can we have a server merger after fee take place ?

I give less then 24 hrs before the media slams SE.

For the current population this is a real good thing, I question if this will be bad down the road though.

5 minutes ago, a Community Rep posted on the official Final Fantasy XIV forums that Square Enix plans server merges due to the low population numbers.

I guess all four players still playing will finally be able to play together, while the rest of the world wonders why this thing is still online.
