Impressive it seems of those that would make viera only about 43% would be female and about 56% male, who knew the male viera characters in the Ivalice series were so popular.

Impressive it seems of those that would make viera only about 43% would be female and about 56% male, who knew the male viera characters in the Ivalice series were so popular.

A part of that might be down to who the poll speaks to. If you only wanted female Viera or don't care about the new races at all you're less likely to take the poll.

Some of us still participate* but if something is a non-issue for you it's easy to just ignore polls and stuff about it.
It's to be expected that the majority of people participating would want one of the options whose absence spawned all the internet outrage in the first place.

*I did, because I'm against gender-locking on principle, the rest of my answers show that my anticipation for ShB wasn't touched in the least though.
