I wouldn't be so upset about no male Viera if the Hrothgar were actually attractive

I mean the Ronso in FFX all had a variety of body types, these all just seem really clunky. Look, I was raging the other night about no male Viera...and I realized it wasn't simply because they won't appear, but more so that the Hrothgar just isn't attractive at all.

You mean that they're not attractive to you, right?
...maybe its actually better for you that we wont get male Viera - seeing how you seem to have a very specific image/look in mind you'd like or even expect them to have. There is no evidence that male Viera would have looked anything like the females - its quite possible that the males are actually pretty buff were-bunny-types or tiny little lalafells with bunnyears OR actual bunnies, hoping the forest and nibbling on any foe they come across.
There is absolutly no need for male Viera to look slender or more feminine.

And actually, the Ronso from FFX were mostly those buff, beastlike creatures aswell - with the exception of children and older Ronso (both wouldnt be playable)

Sorry you didnt get the male bodytype you wanted for this expansion (have a pick from Elezen, Mi'qote, Midlander - and at least in parts - Au Ra), but I doubt they're going to design a race with two extremly different body-types. Keep in mind that gear has to be modeled for all of those bodies - more types = more work (both right now and in the future).
People have been asking for more beastly and buff races and just because it isnt attractive to you, doesnt mean its not attractive in general.
