that has been happening for the last few patches. if you are on the hate list sometimes there is a major delay on how long it takes for your regen to start. sometimes you can just go into active then passive mode again and it will start instantly though.

sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't. it is something you can try though that i have had work a few times.

if that doesn't work you could try to like take off a ring and then put it back on. you can change gear, but not a weapon and maybe it would reset it once you changed like when someone would run around and you would only see their name in the ground. i'm not sure of if this would work or not, but just trying to give another suggestion you could try.

i remember i was camping coffers once in the last few weeks and we killed flamefist and i was low on mp. we all went and stood in that top corner waiting on the repop.....i stood there until he popped again..... then the group killed him and my regen never started although i was passive and standing still.

i found another funny thing the other day. i was sitting and turning siltstones into siltstone whetstones. i ran out of nq siltstones and instead of it starting to work on the hq versions it started crafting crowned cakes while i was still a goldsmith lol.

yes, my goldsmith crafted a full stack of crowned cakes.....i crafted so many because i had to fraps it lmao.
