    Because if you talk to the Wandering Dramaturge on the Prima Vista in Kugane, you can read Viera lore. It's already in the game beyond just Fran showing up.

    Oh come on now, they literally just added that in with the newer raids. The only reason to make that decision is because they decided they didn't want the males anyways.
