In what world did you think Viera men were going to be feminine in any way?

Then, that's a you problem specifically if the option is available and you just want to ignore it. You don't get to whine and say there's no feminine option available when nothing is stopping you from a rolling a female character to play a very feminine race.
There's a difference between "feminine" and "female".
They want bishonen. Less broad shouldered, less muscle definition, shorter height, etc.

No, there's not. They're one in the same. You can't just change the definition of words just to suit what you want for an argument.

THEY ARE NEARLY THE SAME. If you're getting called "feminine" and you're a guy? Someone is basically saying that you have female features and look like a woman. In which case, what does it matter whether you play an actual female Viera over a male one that looks like a woman?

While I don't really agree with the Lion Men, I wouldn't say it was forced and copied from GW2. It's them just taking from FFX like they took Viera from FFXII. Not only that, but it's 2019? What does that even mean? SE was never going to give you a feminine male race. It doesn't matter what year it is. SE doesn't really do that.
