well should people that had bought their houses legally before the one house per account rule came into effect be punished? we did nothing against the rules and spend gil and tile decorating our houses.
it wouldnt be fair to take a house away then.

Nah not “punished” I think a full gil refund and refund for the furnishing(like with the upcoming transfers) would be fair. Housing is a limited commodity and I would love to see it enjoyed by as many people as possible(I already have a personal house so I don’t have a personal steak, I would love to see my friends who aren’t able to get houses because of lack of plots be able to get them though).

Is the demo timer suspended for EU servers? I know it still is for NA; JP got turned on about a month or so ago, maybe two.

Couldn't see anything on the Notices page saying EU servers had it disabled.

It is definetely on, since on my server almost every hour (at the full hour) something opens up.
I meant specifically the NA demolition timers (not EU as they are not effected), perhaps my wording was confusing. Players may choose to create alts or move to EU worlds as they may not stand much chance with NA houses not being demo'd, so they need hope somewhere of getting a property.
I've put a lot more than 3 million gil worth of furnishings and time into my house. I don't see how you can call that fair to take something away from a player who didn't do anything wrong. Especially those that play on servers that were super low population with houses (of all sizes) sitting at the lowest possible value for months and months. I used to visit places and debated server transferring to get a couple of larges for rock bottom prices back then. The fact that the game has grown and that people prefer to play on higher population servers shouldn't be a reason to take things away from people who have been here for many years and didn't break any rules.Nah not “punished” I think a full gil refund and refund for the furnishing(like with the upcoming transfers) would be fair.
