    Some of the initial PVP unlock quests are at your Grand Company headquarters.
    Look for the quests "A Pup no Longer" and "Like Civilized Men and Women" there.

    I see .so these pvp through quests need to be unlocked on each character ?
    And if I have read it correctly I need to make a hotbar that has pvp skills hotbar ? Is there an option in interface to activate it ? I play on my ps4 with a controller .
