To be fair, taken out of context Mirabelle's line reads as "I know you have a premade group and I will intentionally attempt to disrupt your gameplay", which is pretty much harassment. But I don't know how this Discord group behaves and how badly are they trying to monopolize the portals. I haven't been anywhere close to BA either so I have no idea how frequently the portals appear.

Base portals appear after Ovni is killed, providing no one is in BA Ovni is on a 20 minute or so timer, and you have like 12 minutes to kill it so the first 48 will spawn every 25-30 minutes as long as no one is in BA. If someone is in BA, the second set of 8 will usually spawn 35-40 minutes or so into the run, depending on how fast or slow the run is.

The "as the game intended" argument is getting old, it's a pointless argument as the intended way simply doesn't work correctly for most of the world due to various differences. Your argument is pretty empty and it's the same argument trolls employ. If you have to argue "It's as the game intended" in English, you've already lost the argument.

Are you saying SE intended that players take a portal for the purpose of disrupting the game play of other players? Because you can't pretend that never happens. And it's true you can't prove intentions here. But that does happen and in same cases it's reportable (like taking a portal and leaveing). Even though they took the portal as SE intended, they still got reported after leaving.

The main issue that people are having are with those that do it with the intention of disrupting others' game play. There are players that actively leave and requeue into an instance till they find names the recognize and know they're in the discord. If you wanna turn a blind eye and say that doesn't happen, that's up to you. But you can't say that everyone that's taking a portal is playing as SE intended. It's like saying you're OK with people joining a raid clear group (since they don't have [Duty Complete] tag) even if you're completely new to the raid, just because SE allows it.
