    I don't feel most of the infractions in game would be in the same league as a crime, though. And I don't think all infractions should fall off- only more minor ones and only if the player has been active and without further action taken on their account.

    i disagree, griefers that take joy in harassing other players should keep that one strike on their account. it's a good reminder that doing that in game is not good. and it lets the gm's & SE know how many infractions they've accrued in however long of a time too
