I've been harassed numerous times by the ABA discord members and I've contacted their admins multiple times but they have yet to do anything about it. If anyone needs proof I can provide screenshots of me getting cussed out and other users getting MPK'd. It's funny how they act all innocent on the forums but it's far from the truth.

Hiya! You contacted me about someone who was banned from the discord being MPK'd by people in a party. That person was banned from the discord for sniping portals, being a rude/trolly jerk, and deliberating causing problems. First, you gave me a video with the chatlog blocked and had no idea who did the MPK. I'm not sure what you expected me to do there, since you didn't provide any sort of identifiable information for the people in question.

Then, you showed me a previous run (according to you) of your friend (the same person from the above example) dead at ozma with someone else on top of them. You provided no chatlogs to prove they were MPKing, no video, no log of anyone admitting it or claiming to, nothing but a screenshot of two dead people.

Then, you sent me logs of someone whispering you (which was very odd and confusing, because of how you've formatted your whispers) a bunch of stars which, unfortunately, means I don't know what they were actually saying. It -reads- like someone cussing at you, but it looks like they just sent you stars and assumed you'd know what words to fill in. I suppose that was to avoid breaching the TOS for harsh language? Either way, that was less than 6 hours ago and I've been doing real life stuff - You should have waited for a response for this before going on the forums and saying that we "haven't done anything about it". I planned to look into this and take care of it when I got home.

OK I did see the screenshots. It does show one of the players in our premade last night did engage them after they took a portal even though they were told not to do so specifically. And they are wrong in doing so. But! I would still like emphasize it was only one member in that run from the entire set of 45+ players that did that and the others in the screenshots tried to stop that and it also shows some of them offering the player to join. There are bad apples in both sides, so we shouldn't generalize that all are the same.

For MPK part, is it considered MPK if a player jumps into Ozma's zone, and then another jumps in and attacks the boss and both get killed? As far as I know, that's not considered MPK since they both are in the boss zone already, and the boss will automatically add any player there to their aggro list. MPK as I know it, is when you drag a mob and use it's AOE to kill another player that did not engage the mob nor was on its aggro list.

What I saw in the screenshots was that one of the player's friends was dead with two others in Ozma's zone. And knowing Ozma, there have been many cases where players by accident aggroed him. And it could be one of those cases also. If it was intentional, is it a rude move? yes, but it's still not against TOS as far as I know, since they all jumped willingly into the boss zone. Just as sniping a portal is rude if you know someone was waiting hours for that, but it's still not against TOS.

And since both the person "MPK'd" and the person reporting it are both banned from the discord for sniping/trolling/encouraging that behavior, there's simply no way I can take them at their word for it. If they had proof, it'd be a completely different story.

The point of the stream I sent you was not to report someone, but highlight the actual toxicity that's going on in your discord. Someone killed me with acceleration bomb when i had meteors (not sure if this was intentional, not surprised if it was) then they all blamed me for failing the mechanic and false reported me. Then you had someone a few moments later try to MPK me with stack markers even though I was low hp from the meteors. The video then had someone admitting how they tried to intentionally MPK me with stack markers. I don't expect you to take any action on that since it's not possible for you to find out who was saying that.

The picture of 3 dead guys in ozma was a result of 2 guys jumping down to pull agro and killing someone who wasnt part of the discord who jumped down early. I consider this MPK, but I'm not sure if the SE does.

Lastly the swearing wasn't the worst part. The guy literally told me to go off myself in shout chat. I have swear filters turned on because this is a family friendly game and I shouldn't have to be receiving this much harassment for doing content the way SE lets us.

Yeah, I saw. That's not cool. I've gone ahead and given them a warning that if it happens again, they'll be removed from the server (The exact wording is "Telling people to kill themselves and harassing people over whispers is against the TOS and the rules of the Discord. If it happens again, you will be removed from the server. This is your only warning. Please reply to verify that you have received this message. Thank you.") In addition, please don't forget to report them ingame via the in-game support system (and blacklist them).

My comment on the word filter wasn't that it should/should not be on, simply that it makes it more difficult to follow conversations and prove intent. I apologize if I wasn't clear about that.

In addition, please don't lie when reporting people in the future. You did not have the profanity filter on (it would have replaced them with questionmarks), and that person literally just typed stars at you - hence their warning.

Yup it was. And others with /say and /sh.

True, and there is also a high possibility of it being an accident because it did happen lots of times. And that's why people tell others not to even target Ozma and take all pets out. But if they did manage to bring the proof showing that it was done intentionally, then that's totally against the discord rules (even though it may not be against SE's TOS).
