the reason you generally dont have enough healers is because people dont want to go as healers. Those will just be empty slots. Also, logograms gives you ways to shore up missing things. So i completed the storyline of Eureka and tried some runs of BA, still didnt complete it, leaving behind some salty moments and long queues just to get the full discord in a single instance.
An idea came to my mind while thinking about the main issue: Portals
why i think they are the main issue? because they aren't class/role locked and because of that ANYONE can enter, making so that you are kinda forced to run BA with a party to be sure that you are inside with the optimal roles and classes.
Changing the portals from simply unstable and stable to:
Green > Healers
Red > Dps
Blue > Tanks
will let anyone of that role join,
this will always lift the problem of having too many dps or no healers at all that will make almost impossible even to try the BA in the first place.
I dont know if this idea was posted already or if they already came with something like that.
my english kinda sucks, im sorry for that.

While there are curative logograms other roles can use, they will prove to be a hinderance once you reach AV and Proto-Ozma, where you want your DPS going as offensive as possible to meet the DPS checks (AV has a roughly 7-minute enrage, and Ozma ~10:30 — and they’re both fairly hefty HP sponges). Not having healers also ensures there is no way to revive anyone who dies, as only healers can carry Sacrifice L.
I think the portal idea is a decent one, but I also think they should just separate BA from Eureka entirely OR offer a way to queue up for it specifically via Duty Finder. At least give premade groups an easier time getting into the same instance—I’ve spent more time queuing>withdrawing>requeuing than I have in the actual content.
