    A 'raise' in BA is worth about 200k+ gil on my server.

    So, why should a healer waste such an action worth 200k gil?
    Esp. if the fight is over and ppl don't intend to continue, since leveling up after a deleveling takes about 20 minutes.

    A healer in a premade usually brings 2 sacs for the purpose of getting your group through and he will be happy about every logos action he can keep for the next run.
