Well, I finally got the chance to speak to a GM directly. Unfortunately, there appears to be nothing they can do.



I guess my last chance of ever getting this item back is if they allow us to re-obtain the item by speaking to the NPC again. And yes, I misspelled Holidays lol x.x

So.. any chance of a fix in a future patch for this devs?
