    I would suggest: Bride of the Ancient Magus, Kakuriyo -Bed & Breakfast for Spirits, The Morose Mononokean, and xxxholic all really good in my opinion.

    A: In older MMOs, such as Ultima Online, there was a house maintenance fee you had to pay weekly, but in FFXIV: ARR we decided against this system. Similarly, these older MMOs also had a system where your house would break down if you didn’t log in after a while in order to have you continue your subscription, but this is a thing of the past and we won't have any system like that.

    I'd also recommend "Seishun Buta Yarou wa Bunny Girl Senpai no Yume wo Minai" (in NA it's titled "Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai")- opening by the excellent gyaru band The Peggies.

    Love Live: School Idol Project series is good, and the more recent Ban-G Dreams

    edit: If you like slice-of-life/romantic comedy anime then I'd add "Tora Dora" (or the light novels- they're really well written)
