How does exactly this work without being a bug? Ally spells shouldn't interrupt you.

This is a list of all astrologian skills available in PvP right now - I'd be most curious to know which one of these you can actually cast on a party member that would interrupt any of their actions. Non of the healing spells has any additional effect on the target besides restoring HP.
So this is either a bug, in which case a bug report should be filled. OR its just some missunderstanding and a coincidence (maybe someone else WAS interacting with the temolith already and that interrupted the OP. Or OP was being attacked by someone and the astrologian only tried to heal them etc.).
From what I see here, astrologians shouldnt have the means to interrupt team-mates - and by "shouldnt" I mean: Unless I'm missing something, non of their spells does that.
You know, even if you see you are running ahead on your screen, it doesn't really mean you are actually ahead in some case. I tried this before when running a dungeon with my friends, and we were in discord. On my screen, I was running ahead of the party, but on my friend's screen, he's actually ahead of me. Latency is a thing in this game.
Well you can't use Performance inside of PvP so what happens out of that shouldn't matter anyway. AST definitely lost Rescue though a few patches ago so they have no means to interrupt in pvp so it's either a bug, latency or something you missed.
