Fourthly, oh you thought we were done? no haha I came to bring the facts today to you most people will argue that the game is arguably the best MMO for this age, and it is however the best MMO can also become the worst when it does not follow the principles of game evolution, a game should not be grindy to be fun I will never ever stop saying that because it is true if your game has to have a chore for people to play it.... your game is failing its purpose *sips tea* now I didn't say don't make it somewhat grindy and somewhat hard to level because that's what makes a game fun but if someone has to spend a month getting into different area's that do the same thing no differently then the last to earn a relic weapon in this expansion *sips tea* is that content? Now before you all pull my wig at once I didn't say make the game easier to get relic weapons I said make it less of a chore I don't care if it takes a month to get the weapon but do not rinse and repeat. So let me stop here with my not even a rant really I just really though I would bring it to attention and at the same time try to get everyone their month back too cause the monthly is expensive. So if you read this thank you for taking the time and I will leave it at that for now its a really good game but don't sleep on your mistakes life has a way to haunt you when you do.

If you want to be taken seriously (wether its by other people on the forums having a discussion with you or maybe - big maybe - even by the devs), I would strongly advice you to refrain from "jokes" in your posts that add nothing to your point and only making them much harder to read. Specially when you already struggle with things like paragraphs and general "layout".

To adress your points:

1) Before you started playing the game you agreed to something called ToS, which inlcudes a section in regards to how they're gonna compensate you for lost gametime due to maintance and the like. They're not doing that.
Besides you're also blowing this extremly out of proportion and ignoring the fact that most shutdowns are to our benefit - adding of content, bug fixes etc.
Doesnt WoW at least used to have weekly server shutdowns? I dare to say that FFXIV has been pretty tame when it comes to lost playtime.

2) "There's no accounting for taste" - you might not like the Eureka outfits personally, but that doesnt mean they're bad or lazy design.
What are you even refering to? The upgradeable gear? Or the drops from chests etc.? Because if its the later: They're designs from FFXI, put into this content because its supposed to be an hommage to FFXI (and probably because people wanted to see iconic gear pieces from that game). You dont have to like them, you can glamour something else - sorry, that Eureka offered nothing glamour-wise for you this time, but everyone likes different type of things and offering a variety is a good thing.

3) Again: Taste and such. While I agree that I would love to have Alisaies clothes (for example), we also get a wide amount of different types of gear to us and I'm sure everyone can find something they like! At the same time we're also seeing NPC-gear added to the mogstation, so if you really need to look excatly like an NPC... you can.
In case this is refering to Yotsuyu specifically: They explained during FanFest that her outfit was extremly difficult to make and one way they got around it was by not having to account for a lot of movement, like our characters do when they fight. They might be able to figure something out that works for PCs aswell, but with NPCs they obviously have a lot more freedom when it comes to designs.

4) Since long hair isnt actually what we refer to as "glamour", I'm adressing this seperatly: I agree that it is weird how they dont seem to care much about clipping in a lot of ways but still dont give us real long hair options. I can only imagine it hasnt so much to do with clipping, but rather with it being more complicated to make look "natural" and give it proper physics.

5) There has been a long list of Eureka complains - which I guess your last point is? - knock yourself out in one of those threads.
Personally I'm not a fan of Eureka either and I believe it was a huge mistake to include the relic weapon in there, but what everyone should keep in mind is that this is a "Theme-Park-All-You-Can-Eat"-style MMO that has a lot more to offer than just Eureka. If that particular content is not to your taste, there are other things to enjoy! And other ways to get a decent weapon, including raiding, crafting and Ex-primals.
If you find one piece of content not enjoyable, because its to grindy for you, there is an easy solution: Focus on other content the game is offering you and leave the grindy bit to those who - for some reason not clear to me - find enjoyment within it.
Eureka was an experiment and it needs lots of improving, I will say that much. But I respect them for at least trying something new. I still hope that for Shadowbringers the relic weapon wont be included in some Eureka-style content again.

Thank you for saying how you see them (my points) also the only reason I said that is because I want the relic weapons though they are like the best in the game therefore they should be multiple ways the appeal to multiple taste in my opinion. Now I know better too people will take everything I say seriously even if its clearly intended to be a joke like sips tea? seriously haha but I really don't care about what people expect from me or my post too I have always been one to do what I want even if people hate me or call me names so that's not going to ever change with me I was born with thick skin I guess haha I didn't see anything too crazy about my post even re-reading it now but I do thank everyone for telling me how they feel on the way I speak so no biggie.

No. No you actually dont have "to live with that curse" - an attitude isnt something you're born with, its something you learn and acquire over time.
If you want to lose this attitude, you totally can. Might need a little bit of work, thought and self reflection - the good old "Think before you open your mouth" (which is even easier when communicating through text, because you can review it before hitting "send").
Thats not to say you shouldnt speak your mind, but you can do that without being snippy, condescending or... cursed.

Are you talking about their design or about their stats?

In terms of design: Sorry that you're losing out on a weapon that you really like when it comes to the looks!
In terms of stats: O12S will provide you with a weapon of an equally high ilvl - and if you're not raiding, you dont need a weapon of that ilvl in the first place. Also, come 5.0 in a few months you'll replace that weapon with a better one once you hit... 75? (At least 75 would be my guess)

There are multiple ways to get decent weapons that allow you to participate in every type of content - Crafted (+Upgrade), Tomestone purchase, Ex-Primals (if you want to add a little bit of skill), Raids, Eureka... there are ways to get weapons for different kinds of taste - not all will grant you a BiS one, thats true.
But here you have the choice of either putting in a lot of grind - or a lot of skill.

As I said: I would like to see the relic weapon be seperated from Eureka, but stay grindy, aswell. But at the same time you cant deny that you can get a good weapon without ever setting foot in there. And personally I never understood the whole "I need the best ilvl because... reasons!!" mindset. You dont need an ilvl405 weapon to play this game and to clear any content within it. Its a tool and there are plenty of tools for you to pick from.

You are correct I don't but they tend to be the prettiest with effects the Yama weapons don't glow don't have a special effect so I have to do Eureka in order to get the best fashion for weapon on top of that best item level and Materia slots.
