To be fair, most of those are things that are readily available from other in-game sources. I'm pretty sure the other unique ones like the wind-up airship minion or the magitek armour mount are provided (though I'm not sure if it's directly or available from the calamity salvager). The fantasia is different because it's a consumable but not available in-game anywhere else.

There used to be a fantasia provided as a one-month veteran reward before SE eliminated the vast majority of the veteran reward system (which I believe was when they added it to The Ultimate Weapon). A few people fell through the cracks then too, having already completed the quest before the fantasia was added as a reward but not having gotten veteran rewards yet under the prior system. Other people lucked out and ended up with two by getting the prior veteran reward before the change and doing the Ultimate Weapon quest after the change.
