Um, Business logic tells you to take a loss if you expect a gain in the long run. Sorry that you don't know anything about a business. Nobody said to give every sub par product for free. BUT, if you say to the customer "we know this isn't what it should be, so please use it for free until we fix it." If you haven't fixed it yet, you can't start charging for it yet. Sorry that you feel you have to whiteknight everything on this forums. Sorry that this game is still broken.
