You are supposed to get a free vial of Fantasia after having completed lvl 50 quest - The Ultimate Weapon. This is an item that EVERYONE receives for FREE when they complete this quest, EVERYONE except someone who PAID for a Tales of Adventure. So if you PAY to advance in the game, you will not get this FREE item that everyone is supposed to receive.
