When I first tried to play FF14 on my PS4, I had mucked up my log in info when I was linking my SE account to my PSN account. This meant the log in ID was perminatley locked to the wrong thing and I was not able to do anything. After running around in circles with customer support and the FAQ, I discovered that when you are trying to submit a ticket, there is a client that allows you to have a live chat window with a CS rep. What I found out is that this is 100% a SE issue and they can edit/remote/attach accounts, without the need of involving Sony.

It is annoying as hell that linking a PSN ID to a SE, can so easily turn into a utter cluster-fudge.
