Even though this game forces you to do mechanics a certain way, you won’t see people complaining about that.

That's not the definition though. Maybe you'll be kicked, but you have a choice still. The most force used against you is the act of kicking itself, which they can just take out of the game.

You most certainly can force people to do things through threats or intimidation. "To Force" does not mean to literally have no choice. It can colloquially mean to have no choice, but that is a misnomer, because you always have a choice.

Let's say I agree with you, where's the line between feeling forced and not? When someone takes an issue with your play style, how do you determine that you aren't about to get kicked if you decide to disagree?

Certainly, but there are very few threats that actually have any power behind them in the game, and intimidation would be even harder to manage.

Not quite.
According to the new terms your statement is bannable if a GM finds that your suggestion is "harassment" of any kind, which it clearly is: how dare you comment on other peoples actions/voice your opinion.

As a well-behaved FF14 player I hope you report everyone for the tiniest things, as clearly the new terms encourage such a behavior.
