I hope that SE is doing something about, since its incredible frustrating for both sides. Especially on EU Data Center we have one troll who stalks BA groups, follows them and snipes portals on purpose just to annoy each and everyone. Players who see him in the instance start to panic when they see him.

What's the real problem into starting a pre-made at the BA discord and stop screwing others attempt to clear BA? The guide is there, the video is there. Why keeping defending solo players that don't understand that "claiming" the instance is the only way to clear BA with proper organization? That's 56 players. That's a full lack of respect for others imo. The BA discord is OPEN for everyone, and nobody will get the clear screwing others pre-made attempts.

Do anyone need ToS to follow common sense and help others? I don't.

If I see someone with that attitude in-game, I'm just going to take their portal and do the content in their stead. You don't own the portals. Yet you call people neanderthals for not joining your "open to everyone" discord that requires people to sit around for hours instance hopping; you created that problem by stacking people onto servers.

Although i'm against the all instance claiming, this kind of behaviour, getting in the instance only to troll others, should be adressed by GM, report him.

Taking a portal while solo is not a reportable offense. However, if you can "prove" someone entered the portal with the intention of trolling/disrupting the play of the people inside (leaving instantly to prevent others from joining, purposely causing wipes with meteors ((i've seen both)), etc) you can then report them.

The long and short of it is: even if a Discord group "claims" an instance, no one has to respect it. What people DO have to respect are other players (ToS). So any harassment from either side is a reportable offense.

The premades don't have the right to claim an entire instance as there own. Nor do the solo/pug players have the right to steal a portal from someone who was waiting there first. But thanks to the new ToS both could be punished for doing nothing at all

As long as no one is harassing anyone, neither of these actions are against the ToS.

Yes you are right, we should not allow peons to walk the BA alongside the elite.
I mean, come one, why on earth do they want to do the content now, when it's alive ? Can't they just wait for it to be dead to try and get that mount ?!

The issue is with SE and how the public dungeon is designed though, not the premades.

There is no benefit to going in solo. You will not get the mount. Ever. It's not designed to be beaten without a well organized group. You're entitled to enter the portals and the premades have no right to be abusive, but there's just no point in going in solo. This is what needs to be looked at. Making such difficult content "public" was a mistake because it traps the solo player into thinking it's intended, it's unfair to them.

Ironically, it's this "group" business causing all the grief. The portals are setup to let in individuals, not groups, so you would think the actual intent was bleedingly obvious. Perhaps what they need to do is refuse entry to anyone in a party, because for some it does not seem obvious enough.



Oh! but discord! We're all subscribing to FFIV, discord is not mandatory, and players shouldn't be dictating their own arbitrary rules to others. You don't sit down to play poker then announce to all the 6 is more valuable than the ace, so we can do without that mindset in game.

Everybody literally had to agree to BA dificulty warning before unlocking it. There you could read that GROUPS would need organization, strenght and bla bla bla to clear the content. Thats a clearly "get a group and dont enter solo".

BA is no easy task, i think ppl didn't understood that the line between casual and hardcore content was CLEARLY stablished when they agreed to that BA term to unlock it.

If you didn't start a successful pre-made, you do NOT have place of speak to talk about letting randons join your pre-mate and take the place of someone else that were striving to join in the same instance to get to BA.

It's easy to claim the spot when youre not the one organizing huh? Don't you guys have empathy?

Don't come to me talking about reasons to not join discord. Most players go there only to LISTEN, and that's enough for someone who has access to a guide and videos. You play a english game in PRIMAL DC.

A single mechanic wrong and the whole 56 players lost their run. If you thinks this is fine, sstart one and accept everyone then, whats locking you?

If you join someone else BA you will be left to die. Or they will leave, so that you can, ghasp, do your run. What did you expect? Joining and being carried in the place of someone that worked hard to join but did not because of a random Joining? Naive.

Is optional content, don't feel entitled to join SOMEONE ELSE group to get anything. Not your group, not your rules. If you do not agree, create your own and search a instance like EVERYONE else. That simple.

There is a reason there are 56 portals and not just 7 portals for 8 man teams.
BA was designed to be pugged.
If people want to go premade and they dont get the portals thats just tough luck.
First come first served.Thats the way BA was designed.There is nothing to stop all these people making teams once they are inside and setting up discord server once inside for the groups.
Simple matter is only reason premades are angry is because they cant get all their buddies in to get rewards.
