I think his point was that gathering the stuff would actually be worth the effort if there weren't bots tanking the prices on it.

I was able to move aethersands for 5-10K each in early SB or immediately after a new patch dropped, but they're since tanked down to as low as 1K at times because of how heavily botted they are.

Boohoo, I can't sell my overpriced materials anymore and refuse to look at better alternatives to make money.

Real talk, anyone in here want to talk about how NOBODY is complaining about how cheap and accessible shards/crystals/clusters are despite being largely botted materials?

You guys make it sound like there's a handful of items to gather/craft when there's more than 10,000. Learn how to sort the MB by demand/quantity...

Alrighty, I'll complain then In ARR I used to farm water clusters in mor dhona for sweet cash, but then the bots ruined it. I don't even buy clusters or crystals anymore because I do a lot of maps and grow them myself. So if they took out the bots, it wouldn't impact me much except I could probably make good cash from clusters again.

I'd prefer higher prices on shards. Please don't be so antagonistic and assume everyone's opinions without any basis for it. Just because you don't see people running around screaming their heads off about every little thing doesn't mean those people feel they walk in a perfection of paradise.
