My selfish request: Remove GC restrictions when it comes to it's glams only

There are very, very few choices we get to make that have any impact on us at all in this game. We can't customize our gameplay at all because there is no system like a talent tree or merit points, stats are so boring we mostly ignore them which means our choice of equipment doesn't matter, our choice of race and subrace mean nothing, our deity of choice means nothing, our date of birth means nothing...but Grand Companies mean something. Even though its a small something, glamours and some leveling gear.

I would prefer that one of the few choices we get to make that has any impact at all on our gameplay stay in place.

Despite all the "glamour is true endgame" jokes flying around, ultimately glam does not actually affect gameplay. You say race is meaningless, but some glam gear that you can change anytime somehow matters? The gameplay choice that Grand Companies were meant to be - and still are - is the side you will fight for during Frontlines. Yes you can que up as a freelancer, but that is also a choice.

Not to mention the idea I presented, makes the models available without any impact on the GC equipment.
