Any kind of level sync for S ranks would solve most issues with the Hunt.

With maximum ILV available for most 50, 60(And soon level 70) players, the Elite Monsters won't be difficult too difficult to take down while still having some bite.

Most importantly, it would be very extremely unlikely for them be killed steathily.
