Regarding the Revision of the Prohibited Activities and Account Penalty Policy

I just read through the JP version (I can read about 80% of it, used google translate for bits I couldn't understand).

For those who are wondering, the new rules were translated literately word for word.

There is nothing new to add in terms of clarifications, context or otherwise.

-The first response in the thread is asking for clarification/examples since the rules are vague.
-The second response is asking for clarification as to what third party software are hurting the game and how are they hurting it.
-I'm not entirely sure what the third response is - something about writing carefully and malleability when it comes to interpreting the new rules, which are written in a sly (weasel) way so that SE don't have to make up new rules whenever something else pops up.
-Fourth post is giving advice to SE to put the old and new rules side by side so that people can compare and clearly see what has changed.

While it is true no one is outright complaining in the JP thread, do keep in mind that Japanese culture is extremely authoritarian by nature and there is a prevalent use of tatemae, which is essentially common courtesy but dialed up to a billion and one. None of these rules are new to them. Things are different in the west, so these new rules seem outlandish, confusing, poorly-written and extreme.
