Maybe ask around before spending money on server transfer, especially since you're not getting a free transfer with the world shuffle, I think, since Gilgamesh is not affected. Also, you could search for a cross server static for raiding and mount farming without server transfer.

And if you really do want to move, maybe wait for world visit so you could try out other servers in aether at least.
