Yeah, I see that NOW. It's actually a real kick in the gut.. just enough to make me want to not play now because I can't even play the stuff to catch up. Maybe with all the people tweeting at them about it, they'll change it.. with the way game companies work now though, I doubt anything will come of any real consumer outrage.

If you go to your steam FFXIV library page and click cd keys, you can grab your pre order key for the goodies

Ok, so I used the steam preorder key and now mog station says I have early access, but not collectors edition, and I can't enter my collectors edition key. I assume I'll be able to do that closer to the release date or it will just automatically acknowledge the collector status.

Collectors edition wont become available until Early Access or Launch happens. You will receive your Shadowbringer registration key at that time. The Shadowbringers registration key determines your CE item status. When EA or Launch hits the key should pop up under your 'steam keys' section.

I had issues adding it to cart and hitting checkout. I logged in and then proceeded to add to cart and checkout with no issues.

Tried to preorder nearly five hours ago, and I got to the congratulations screen, but nothing has hit my orders page and no email. All I have is a pending charge of zero on my CC. I've placed a request for help on the SE store help page, but who knows how long a response will take.

Oh fudge.. Got two. Tried to cancel one via "MANAGE". let's look again to see if I at least have one....
Ok One says Pending and one says Pre-order. So it looks like I have managed to get in the queue to cancel one of the orders.
Sigh.

Same here, the option to cancel the one took some time to appear. The pre-order canceled confirmation email also took some time.

I usually wait to see if they do an Amazon promotion and buy it then. Thats what I did for SB anyway. Wonder if they'll ever do one again. Hopefully with new items.

If its not there in 24hrs then worry. Chances are the system is still catching up processing all the orders. I preordered in the first 20minutes and didnt get my emails/order history for over an hour or so.
