Oh fudge.. Got two. Tried to cancel one via "MANAGE". let's look again to see if I at least have one....
Ok One says Pending and one says Pre-order. So it looks like I have managed to get in the queue to cancel one of the orders.

Same here, the option to cancel the one took some time to appear. The pre-order canceled confirmation email also took some time.

I preordered on Steam and immediately got the confirmation email from Steam as well as the credit card charge, no email from Square Enix yet and Mog Station also has no confirmation on the main page once you log in as of now, but it should be ok. I didn't have a problem with Stormblood and I don't expect one now.

If you go to your steam FFXIV library page and click cd keys, you can grab your pre order key for the goodies

Ok, so I used the steam preorder key and now mog station says I have early access, but not collectors edition, and I can't enter my collectors edition key. I assume I'll be able to do that closer to the release date or it will just automatically acknowledge the collector status.

Collectors edition wont become available until Early Access or Launch happens. You will receive your Shadowbringer registration key at that time. The Shadowbringers registration key determines your CE item status. When EA or Launch hits the key should pop up under your 'steam keys' section.

By registration key, you're talking about the CE key I already have right now? That's what I use on EA/launch? If so, that sounds about right, I think that's what happened last time with stormblood. If you're talking about a third registration key that I will get at EA/launch, then that's strange, but ok, I'll just have to see.

EDIT: Oh wait, I think there was a special site for stormblood that I enter a code and then it will return me another code that I then enter to the mog station. It's been too long for me to remember, oh well.

I managed to get my preorder confirmed email (the "your order is placed but we haven't charged you yet" one) but the SMS verification process prior to this crashed due to all the site traffic, so I dunno if I'm 100% in the clear.

At least it shows up in my account page and everything, so I.... think I'm good? Contacted support just to be safe.

Waiting myself since I'm not ordering a physical edition and none of the pre-order stuff will be available until next month anyway. Can usually get some better deals from other sites.
